I’m Vanessa — an experience professional with a background in UX design and hands-on leadership in hospitality.

My work has always centered around understanding people, improving experiences and turning complex needs into practical solutions. After several years in UX research and design, I expanded my perspective from digital products to real-world services and operations.

Today, I combine human-centered research, experience design, operational thinking and team leadership — with a growing interest on hospitality, tourism and sustainable development.

I’m particularly interested in creating experiences that bring value to people, organizations and the places around them.
